The Community Alliance for Youth Success (CAYS) is a volunteer group of highly successful business owners, authors, experts in the field of human potential and community agencies who have joined together to create a national model giving youth a voice for change.

The eight days will focus around building community, identity, leadership, and The 8 Keys of Excellence. Programs and activities held throughout the city connect our schools, organizations and agencies on important topics that promote youth success, and provide critical skills, resources, and experiences – all donated by program providers including sponsored lunches and music performances. Each evening a Town-Hall gathering will embody shared learnings and connect citizens with youth.
